Access to the Genesis Portal (“Portal”) is subject to the terms and conditions set out below and all the terms and conditions in the Genesis Website Legal and Privacy Statement at www.genesisinsurance.com [http://www.genesisinsurance.com/]. By using the User ID and password provided by Genesis Management and Insurance Services Company (Genesis, we, us) to access the Portal, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. As you are aware, Genesis Management and Insurance Services Corporation, hereinafter Genesis, has agreed to offer your Company on a restricted, password-protected basis, access to certain information and services through its Internet web site, located at www.genesisinsurance.com [http://www.genesisinsurance.com/] (the “Site”). This enhanced information and services area on the Site is known as Genesis Portal (the “Portal”). Upon your reading and agreeing to the following terms and conditions by clicking on the “I AGREE” box at the conclusion of this document, you will be granted access to the Portal. You agree that you will access and use the Portal solely for your Company’s internal business purposes. Genesis reserves the right to terminate access to and use of the Portal by you, your Company’s Designated Access Administrator or any of your Company’s Authorized Users, and to take any other action Genesis deems appropriate, in its sole discretion, with or without notice and without limitation, for any reason whatever, in connection with your access to the Extranet. You agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions contained in the terms of use [terms-of-use-and-important-legal-information.html] legal document posted on the Site, as amended by Genesis from time to time. You warrant your access to and use of the Extranet is authorized by the Company who allocates your User ID and password and you acknowledge that the Company who allocates your User ID will be deemed responsible by Genesis for your access and use of the Portal. You will protect from unauthorized use or disclosure the User ID and Password received from the Designated Access Administrator in the same manner that you protect all other computer access codes used within your Company. If you no longer are employed by the Company, or if you no longer require access to the Portal, you agree to suspend use of the Portal and to ask the Designated Access Administrator to promptly disable your User ID and Password. To obtain access to the Portal on our Internet web site, please check “I agree to the User Terms and Conditions for My Genesis Portal” in the checkbox provided below and click on the Submit button. I agree to and accept these User Terms and Conditions for my Genesis Portal and I agree that electronic signatures and documents transferred electronically between us will have the same effect as wet ink signatures and documents sent through standard mail.
